RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re glad to exchange unworn (you may try on with underwear) apparel within 7 days of receipt. Why only 7 days? We’re a very small brand and as you may have notice we often sell out of our popular pieces so we’d like to have our inventory on hand to ship to other customers. If you need an extension please email us and we can work with you.

The return process is as follows:

STEP 1: Email us at orders@theblackbibs.com and let us know what you’d like to do - return for refund or exchange for a different size. Include your order # in the email (you may also respond to your order confirmation email).

STEP 2: Ship us back the order. Please note that we do not pay for return shipping or send return labels. We do this to try to dissuade orders of multiple pieces that end up with half or more coming back due to size. We’re always glad to discuss size and don’t want our $40 bibs to become $50 bibs because we have to pay for return shipping for size try ons. The address is The Black Bibs, 1413 Grandin Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24015. Make sure your order # is on paper inside of the package.

STEP 3: Wait. We’ll take care of your return as soon as we can. Refunds take a few days to post to your account. If it’s an exchange we’ll ship to you via First Class Mail.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to the US and USPS First Class to the rest of the world. Most orders are shipped the same or the next day. Occasionally we’ll have a delay due to work load so we can’t guarantee. If you are trying to get your order in hand for a specific event let us know and we’ll do our best to get it out. Shipping is from our headquarters in Roanoke, VA.

NOTE - WE HAVE REINSTATED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. COVID-19 DELAYS SEEM TO BE GETTING BETTER BUT EXPECT IT TO TAKE LONGER THAN BEFORE COVID. WE CANNOT TRACK OR CALL THE POST OFFICE IF YOU ORDER IS DELAYED. WE ALSO CANNOT CANCEL OR RESHIP ORDERS DUE TO DELAYS OUTSIDE OF THE USA.

NOTE THAT WE CANNOT PAY SHIPPING ON INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES. WE ARE GLAD TO EXCHANGE BUT WILL INVOICE THE ACTUAL COST OF SHIPPING. IF CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE INCURRED THAT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER SO KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN ORDERING. WE CAN’T ARTIFICIALLY MARK THE PRICE ON THE INVOICE.
